Days afĀter paĀtrons were left disĀapĀpointĀed by the abĀsence of the headĀline acts at the One Caribbean MuĀsic (OCM) FesĀtiĀval, two onĀline tickĀetĀing reĀtailĀers have promised that cusĀtomers who used their platĀforms to buy tickĀets for the event will be reĀimĀbursed.
In a meĀdia reĀlease yesĀterĀday, IsĀland E-TickĀets conĀfirmed that they will be isĀsuĀing a reĀfund to peoĀple who bought tickĀets for the conĀcert on their platĀform.
The stateĀment alĀso notĀed that reĀfunds should be processed withĀin five to sevĀen busiĀness days, as they acĀknowlĀedged that the abĀsence of three artistes, inĀcludĀing headĀline act AdidĀja āVyĀbz KarĀtelā Palmer, Miguel āSiĀzla KalonĀjiā Collins and GhanaĀian-AmerĀiĀcan singer Moliy from the adĀverĀtised line-up of perĀformĀers had promptĀed their deĀciĀsion.
