Head of the Trinidad and Tobago Municipal Police Service (TTMPS), Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Surrendra Sagramsingh says no regulations were breached at the San Fernando Municipal Police Station on Sunday, during which a female municipal officer was killed and a quantity of firearms and ammunition were stolen.
He added that according to physical indications, there were no less than three officers on duty at any one point in time.
Speaking to the Express during a telephone interview yesterday, Sagramsingh said that during Sunday’s shift, seven officers were rostered to work, with five officers on duty.
