The revÂeÂlaÂtion came durÂing a sitÂting of the Joint SeÂlect ComÂmitÂtee on Land and PhysÂiÂcal InÂfraÂstrucÂture of the ParÂliaÂment of Trinidad and ToÂbaÂgo yesÂterÂday, as OpÂerÂaÂtions ManÂagÂer at the OfÂfice of DisÂasÂter PreÂparedÂness and ManÂageÂment, DenÂnis MarÂcelle, reÂspondÂed to susÂtained quesÂtionÂing from MinÂisÂter of PlanÂning, EcoÂnomÂic AfÂfairs and DeÂvelÂopÂment Kennedy SwaratsÂingh.
When SwaratsÂingh asked whether there was an evacÂuÂaÂtion plan for Port of Spain, MarÂcelle replied, “No, sir, the plan exÂists.”
