MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Furthering its mission of transforming Jamaica’s digital landscape, the Universal Service Fund (USF) has donated approximately $4.2 million worth of computer devices to the Manchester Municipal Corporation.
According to USF, this forms part of a continued effort to strengthen digital transformation and improve operational efficiency within local government institutions.
The handover ceremony, which took place on Thursday, May 28, saw the municipal corporation receiving 12 desktop computers and three laptops intended to modernise its technological resources and enhance service delivery to residents of the parish.
