“Fantastic Friday” is back for Carnival 2027.
The event, previously one of the premier events on T&T’s Carnival calendar, is making its return, with the International Soca Monarch set to take centre stage under the theme “Trinidad Versus the World”, organisers Scorch Ltd said in a release yesterday.
Scorch Ltd, a media and entertainment company founded by entrepreneur and radio personality Kwesi “Hypa Hoppa” Hopkinson, noted that as one of the most anticipated nights on the Carnival calendar, International Soca Monarch brings together the energy, creativity and competitive spirit that have made soca a defining part of T&T’s Carnival culture.
