Chief Sec­re­tary Far­ley Au­gus­tine has as­sured To­bag­o­ni­ans that the is­land’s cur­rent wa­ter short­age is not the re­sult of mis­man­age­ment, but rather a com­bi­na­tion of re­duced rain­fall and op­er­a­tional chal­lenges with­in the Wa­ter and Sew­er­age Au­thor­i­ty (WASA).
