Venezue­lan Pres­i­dent Nicolás Maduro has ques­tioned who is in­flu­enc­ing Prime Min­is­ter Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar, ac­cus­ing her of mak­ing “al­most like a de­c­la­ra­tion of war” against his coun­try.

Maduro was speak­ing at the me­dia con­fer­ence a short while ago.

“Who is be­hind this? Who is whis­per­ing in the ears of this la­dy? How is she able to de­clare this?” he asked.
