Barbados is choosing quality over discounting as it looks to strengthen its position in the competitive global tourism market.
That message came from Immediate Past Chairman of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association, Javon Griffith, during the Association’s Annual General Meeting at Sandals Resort today.
He told industry stakeholders that the island’s tourism strategy is not about winning price wars but about delivering premium experiences that keep visitors coming back.
