Late last month, High Court Judge WestÂmin James upÂheld a lawÂsuit brought by DiÂanne ParÂris-HerÂnanÂdez against her brothÂer Wayne ParÂris.
The lawÂsuit cenÂtred around a woodÂen house which ParÂris conÂstructÂed on the propÂerÂty at DinsÂley VilÂlage, Tacarigua, with his mothÂer’s perÂmisÂsion while she was still alive.
