‘Toxic’ relationship ends in tragedy

The families of a young couple found dead in a Penal apartment on Friday night say the relationship had been troubled, with both families recalling efforts to persuade them to separate.

The bodies of Giselle Ougrah, 23, and her boyfriend, Stefan Khandan, 27, were found in the apartment they had rented for about four months in Sundarsingh Trace, Batchiya Village.
