Two Christ Church men have been remanded to Dodds Prison after appearing in court on firearms, ammunition, robbery and other charges, among them escaping a police station.
Tyrese Leroy Farrell, 23, of Ealing Park South, and Raequan Jacobi Jones, 23, of Lot 4, Bournes Land, St Christopher, both of Christ Church, appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court jointly charged with being illegally in possession of a firearm and 14 rounds of ammunition on August 11.
Also within the Oistins District B jurisdiction, the duo is accused of robbing Linda Nicholson of a chain valued at US$2 500 (BDS$4 950) and Doreen Riley of three chains valued at US$2 800 (BDS$5 544) on August 9.
