The Government is to provide greater psychosocial support to families in several Hurricane Melissa-affected communities amid increasing psychological trauma, domestic violence and interpersonal conflict.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the National Security Council, which is chaired by Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness.
The meeting was held last Thursday.
