Stephen Francis undergoing treatment for undisclosed illness, says MVP Track Club

MVP Track Club has confirmed that Stephen ‘Franno’ Francis, its co-founder and technical director is ill.

Speculation has been rife in recent weeks that the legendary coach is battling serious illness.

In the statement this morning, Club President Bruce James revealed that Francis is “currently receiving medical care in hospital”.
