Dance is a major feature of the Tobago Heritage Festival.

Traditional dances were influenced by French, British, and African cultures to produce what is seen during the festival each year.

To understand more about these dances, Kandace Jackson spoke with one of the original members of the Heritage Festival Committee and former dancer, Bindley Benjamin.
