A 38-year-old man was ar­rest­ed in re­la­tion to two in­ci­dents where he at­tacked two men on Thurs­day morn­ing.

In the first in­ci­dent, a 24-year-old man was sit­ting on a bench on Pe­tit Cu­ru­caye Road, at around 10.45 am when he no­ticed the sus­pect ride past on a mo­tor­cy­cle.

The vic­tim con­tin­ued to scroll on his phone but lat­er felt a liq­uid with a strong odour be­ing poured over him.
