The AUBYN Foundation is throwing its support behind Tasheka Salmon, a contestant in the JCDC Miss St Elizabeth Festival Queen Competition, as she continues her journey of leadership, service, and community impact.
The 28-year-old graduated Bethlehem Moravian College with a Bachelor of Education. She currently serves as an information technology teacher at Hampton School, equipping students with essential digital skills for a rapidly evolving world. Her work in education reflects a strong commitment to academic development, mentorship, and youth empowerment.
Beyond the classroom, she has contributed to community development through initiatives such as Read Across Jamaica Day, computer literacy support at Bethlehem Primary School, and volunteer service with the Vineyard Netball Team.
