Frank Seepersad among 5 elevated to Appeal Court

Five High Court judges have been elevated to the Court of Appeal, bringing the appellate court's complement of judges to full strength.

The appointments were announced by the Judiciary in a media release yesterday.

The five judges are Frank Seepersad, Devindra Rampersad, Robin Mohammed, Avason Quinlan-Williams and Margaret Mohammed.
