Valencia resident Dexter Ferreira was fatally shot while on his way home Tuesday night.

His killing came almost 48 hours after a man was killed and his wife injured when gunmen ambushed them at their Emon Lane, Valencia, home.

Police believe both murders may have been gang-related.
