Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo, O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, today, Monday 25 May 2026, administered the Oath of Office and presented the Instrument of Appointment to Ms Jacqueline Wilson as Member and Chairman of the Elections and Boundaries Commission during a ceremony held at The President’s House.

Ms Jacqueline Wilson is a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and a Director in the Governance and Institutional Development Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat.

Ms Wilson holds a Master of Arts in Political Science with a major in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Public Administration from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
