A major step towards modernising Barbadosā criminal justice system is set to begin next month, with technology being used to conduct virtual hearings at the Magistratesā Court.
Minister of Legal Affairs and Criminal Justice, Michael Lashley, says the move is part of a wider effort to reform the justice system.
This was among a range of issues he addressed during an appearance on CBCās radio talk show, āLetās Talk About Itā, on Q100.7FM.
