Humming Bird silver awardee, the late Sundar Popo, will have his legacy revisited when the Bollywood comedy ‘Dhamaal 4,’ starts its run at local cineplexes on July 16.
A remixed version of the local iconic singer’s mega-hit, ‘Kaise Bani’ will be showcased during the movie.
Neelkamal Singh and Adidya Dev provide vocals to this version re-envisioned by rapper Dheeraj Babuaan. Choreography to match the energetic beat of the tune was done by Rahul Shetty. In a media release Singh stated: “Phulauri Bina Chatni Kaise Bani is a song that has always connected strongly with audiences. When we learnt that Dhamaal 4 was being made, we instantly felt that its energy would perfectly complement the film’s characters and world, as it is full of fun, masti (light-hearted mischief), and celebration. It was an absolute blast working on this song, and I am sure audiences will have just as much fun listening and grooving to it.”
