The Barbados Fire Service is looking to modernise its operations, training and legislative framework as it prepares to deal with what its Chief describes as increasingly complex hazards.
This is according to Fire Chief Errol Maynard. He was speaking during an awards ceremony as part of Fire Service Week 2026.
