Hannah Collings-Myers, a 20 year old student at the University of the West Indies, was on Saturday night crowned the first ever Miss Universe Jamaica Kingston & St Andrew.
Collings-Myers and her runners-up, 2nd place Tiyana Mowatt, a medical doctor and Shaniece Douglas (third place) have now automatically advanced to the finals of the national Miss Universe Jamaica beauty and wellness pageant, scheduled for August.
Collings-Myers, who is originally from Mandeville but later relocated to Montego Bay, is a former student of the Immaculate Conception High School in Kingston.
