Two men have been placed on bonds after admitting separate drug-related offences in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
Eric Jelani Narcisse, 30, of Parris Gap, Westbury Road, admitted that last Saturday, he was in possession of, intended to supply and trafficked 90 grammes of cannabis. He was convicted, reprimanded and discharged in relation to the possession and intent to supply offences and placed on a bond to keep the peace for six months for the trafficking offence. If this is breached, he will have to pay $1 000 immediately or serve one month.
Tavio Devon Philips, 25, a labourer of McClean Gap, Brittons Cross Road, pleaded guilty to having, intending to supply and trafficking 23.7 grammes of cannabis and to being in possession of 5.93 grammes of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Ecstasy).
