Canada is investing in its diplomatic presence in Barbados, with a major renovation underway at the Canadian High Commission.
The project is expected to be completed next year.
Canada’s High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Brenda Wills, says the renovation is another sign of Canada’s commitment to the relationship with Barbados over the past 53 years.
