Man shot dead while running for life in Five Rivers

A 31-year-old man, also known as “Aki,” was shot and killed on Tuesday evening after being pursued by a gunman along Valencia Drive, Five Rivers, Arouca, police said.
Dead is Randy Permanand, of Savannah Road.
According to police reports, around 5:50 p.m., an informant at a home on Valencia Drive heard a gunshot and saw the victim running along the roadway while being chased by a man wearing a mask.
