PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AFP) — Haiti will hold elections in July and October next year, authorities said, in what would mark the first polls in the crisis-stricken country in more than a decade.

Its last president was assassinated in 2021 and has not been replaced, and it has previously postponed scheduled ballots.
