The operator of a daycare centre, who was brought before the St Catherine Parish Court after a baby was found with bite marks on her body, has had the matter resolved through mediation and an apology.
The 48-year-old woman, who was facing charges of neglect and cruelty to a child, appeared in court on Tuesday.
When the matter was mentioned, the mother of the child indicated that she was seeking an apology and compensation.
