Grace Kennedy (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, originally registered by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago as a bill payment service provider in 2014, was upgraded to a Payment Service Provider (PSP), effective August 1st, 2026.
According to correspondence from the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, this expanded registration allows Grace Kennedy to offer a wider range of regulated payment services, including bill payments.
Grace Kennedy Trinidad and Tobago is part of the Grace Kennedy Group, ultimately owned by Grace Kennedy Limited in Jamaica.
