The Barbados Prison Service is looking to strengthen its focus on rehabilitation, with the Government preparing to roll out a National Offender Rehabilitation and Reintegration Strategy.
Minister of Home Affairs and Information, Gregory Nicholls, says the goal is to transform lives and build safer communities.
The Minister was speaking at a church service marking the Prison Service’s 171st anniversary.
