(Kaieteur News) – Canada-based U92 Energy Inc. attracted strong investor interest in its latest financing round, which was oversubscribed, with additional interest from investors in Asia, Europe and Australia. This is according to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Chairman Adam Clode.
During an interview with Triangle Investor, Clode said the company’s most recent capital raise was oversubscribed 24 hours after being launched. “We did go out on a Wednesday by close of business on Wednesday, we were oversubscribed,” he said.
By Thursday morning, Clode added that the company was still receiving interest from investors in Europe, Asia and Australia as it prepared to close the financing round. The CEO also noted that the financing round also attracted institutional investors who saw potential value in the company’s existing resource and exploration prospects.
