‘The complete woman’

FAMILY and loved ones who assembled for the Mass of Resurrection for Hyacinth Lindsay on Friday, paid their final respects to the legal luminary, nation builder, mother and friend, bestowing on her the title: “The complete woman.”

“Our dearest mother, our dearest Hyacinth, our dearest all-round supporter, friend, and cheerleader, you were the complete woman… She was the complete woman. You lived fully, you ran your race, you fought a very good fight, and it is now your time to rest,” said Annaliesa Lindsay, as she delivered her mother’s eulogy at the Church of the Transfiguration in Meadowbrook, St Andrew.

Annaliesa described her late mother as a woman of many passions, uniquely gifted, and deeply dedicated to every role she assumed.
