A man known as "Crusher" has been charged with the murder of a two-year-old child in 2023.

Marvin Rugette, 52, was charged following legal advice received from the Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard, SC.

According to a Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) media release, he is expected to appear before a Port of Spain Magistrate.
