Five months after showcasing the best of Jamaican cuisine on NBC’s TODAY Show at Sandals Dunn’s River, Two Sisters Jamaica co-principals Suzanne and Michelle Rousseau returned to the broadcast in New York on Thursday, July 23, to share exciting news alongside fresh new recipes.
Now serving as culinary directors at Negril’s Rockhouse Hotel, the Rousseaus shared news of their new roles with hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones before demonstrating two signature recipes — smoked trout ceviche and crispy jerk calamari.
Referring to Rockhouse Hotel and Restaurant as a place close to their hearts, Michelle dropped a quick hint about what diners can look forward to when the new menu debuts later this year.
