Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with responsibility for Economic Affairs and Planning, Marsha Caddle, says political will alone is not enough to deliver meaningful transformation.
She says governments must be prepared to use evidence to measure whether policies and programmes are actually working.
Her comments came as Caribbean Development Bank President Daniel Best called for greater accountability and independent evaluation of development projects across the region.
