THE legality of the State’s decision to detain businessman Dominic Hadeed, his wife Genevieve and her aunt Star Sabga remains under challenge, with their attorneys seeking the complete recording of a telephone conversation that featured in the intelligence used against them.
The issue was among several raised yesterday when the relatives’ lawsuits returned before Justice Vigel Paul in the High Court.
