The High Court has award­ed Range Re­sources Drilling Ser­vices Ltd $1,247,847.46 in a breach of con­tract case against 360 Oil and Gas Lim­it­ed, in a judg­ment that in­clud­ed dam­ages and in­ter­est.

The de­ci­sion was de­liv­ered in the San Fer­nan­do High Court, Sub Reg­istry, with Robin B Ra­moutar ap­pear­ing for the claimant and Raegel Ja­groop ap­pear­ing for the de­fen­dant.

The case arose from a workover ser­vice con­tract dat­ed Jan­u­ary 31, 2019, which the claimant said was du­ly ex­e­cut­ed be­tween the par­ties for the pro­vi­sion of man­pow­er and equip­ment to car­ry out works on the de­fen­dant’s equip­ment.
