Rampersad to chair GHL

Guardian Holdings Ltd director, Dominic Rampersad, will take over as the chairman of the Westmoorings-based financial services company on October 1.

Rampersad served as president of Phoenix Park Gas Processors for more than a decade before he took early retirement from the NGC subsidiary in November last year.

He joined the board of GHL, which is majority owned by Jamaica’s NCB Financial Group, in December 2025
