Hunter Paul Campo has been found alive after almost three days in the forest.
Paul Campo went missing in the Guayaguayare forest on Saturday, after starting a hunt in Mainfield with a friend on Friday night. They were joined with other hunters on Saturday morning. It was Campo’s first hunting trip to the area.
The Express contacted head of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team, Vallence Rambharat around 10.30 a.m. today and was told that the search for Campo was still on-going. Rambharat said that there were about 30 people in the forest in Guayaguayare, including officers from the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), the Mayaro police station, members of the HSRT members, other hunters and residents from the area.
