MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A 70-year-old man is suspected to have drowned in a water tank at his home in Huntley district, Manchester Thursday morning.

Relatives identified him as Cyrus Hutchinson.

His relative and neighbour Christopher Whittaker said he saw Hutchinson’s body in the water tank about 7:15 am.
