A jury has unanimously convicted a St James man of possession and intent to traffic nearly 38 kilogrammes of cannabis found at the Bridgetown Port.
Justice Pamela Beckles ordered pre-sentence and time-spent-on-remand reports for Eric Astor Omar Gibson after a jury unanimously found him guilty.
Following her summation in the No. 5 Supreme Court, the resident of West Terrace Gardens, St James, was convicted by a nine-member jury of being in possession of 37.9 kilogrammes of cannabis and of committing acts preparatory to trafficking the controlled drug between February 5 and 7, 2019.
