TSTT officials threaten to sue CWU secretary general

TSTT chairman Kern Dass and corporate secretary Viveka Pargass have threatened legal action against Communication Workersā Union (CWU) secretary general Joanne Ogeer over statements she made at a union news conference on Monday.
Attorney Samantha Singh-Poona issued a pre-action protocol letter to Ogeer yesterday on behalf of Dass and Pargass, demanding that she withdraw the statements, issue public apologies and provide the basis for the allegations within 48 hours.
