ST ANN, Jamaica—A St Ann businesswoman has been slapped with multiple fraud-related charges in connection with an alleged United States work and travel scheme dating back to 2023 and 2024.
She has been identified as 43-year-old businesswoman Snovia Campbell of Orange Hill, Brown’s Town, St Ann.
Reports are that between 2023 and 2024, three persons paid Campbell for US work-and-travel opportunities and visa appointment fees. They allegedly paid a combined total of US$3,600 and J$161,000 but did not receive the services or refunds.
