Having experienced a rough patch in her life, gospel singer and songwriter Viveen Barnaby decided to share that life-changing moment on her latest single God Will Fix It.

The song, which was produced by Traig Taylor, was released in April.

“I have been coming out of a very hard season of my life where I was sick unto death. I had many questions, and at times did not feel the Lord’s presence, which made it even harder. I felt forgotten. Holding on and having faith was what I had to do while trusting Him. I remembered the many times He delivered me and I was reminded that He is a God that will never change (Malachi 3:6), [but] I felt so broken, the season was lonely, hard, and very trying… [Still,] I survived and came out victorious to lift the faith of others and let them know that God has not forgotten them, and that they should not give up — keep holding on cause God will fix it,” Barnaby told the Jamaica Observer recently.
