Crapaud Foot Restaurant closes put up for sale

Cra­paud Foot Restau­rant has closed its doors af­ter ap­prox­i­mate­ly 18 months in op­er­a­tion, with its own­ers now of­fer­ing the restau­rant, its brand, and the con­cept be­hind the Mu­cu­rapo Road, St James es­tab­lish­ment for sale.

The busi­ness, which opened in March 2025, an­nounced its clo­sure in an In­sta­gram post last month, thank­ing cus­tomers, friends, fam­i­ly and sup­port­ers who helped bring the ven­ture to life.

In a state­ment to Guardian Me­dia, the own­ers said they were no longer in a po­si­tion to con­tin­ue de­vel­op­ing the brand but hoped its clo­sure would not sig­nal the end of the con­cept.
