KINGSTON, Jamaica —High-riding Norman Manley High registered their third consecutive win, whipping Donald Quarrie High 6-0 in Zone C of the Manning Cup on Tuesday to move to a maximum nine points as they marched towards the second round.
It was Norman Manley’s third win following a 9-0 mauling of Ardenne and a 3-1 win over Edith Dalton James, taking their tally to 18 goals.
With three sets of games remaining, Norman Manley are well on their way, and they are being followed by Edith Dalton James, who thrashed Pembroke Hall High 6-0 to sit second on six points. Denham Town also stayed in the hunt for a top-three spot with a 2-1 win over lowly Ardenne High to move to six points.
