A 37-year-old Malabar man is in stable condition after he was shot during a confrontation on Tuesday night.
Police said the man got into an argument with a relative and a neighbour on the corner of Kellewan Avenue and Train Line Road, at around 9.30 pm, when he charged one of the persons with a cutlass.
One of the men who was armed with a shotgun fired a shot, hitting the attacker in his left leg.
