Prime MinĀisĀter KamĀla PerĀsad BissesĀsar is enĀcourĀagĀing law-abidĀing citĀiĀzens to apĀply for their firearm usersā liĀcences (FULs). She says her GovĀernĀment has alĀso alĀready beĀgun to work on āStand Your Groundā and anĀti-home inĀvaĀsion laws.
While camĀpaignĀing beĀfore the April 28 GenĀerĀal ElecĀtion, the UnitĀed NaĀtionĀal ConĀgress (UNC) had inĀdiĀcatĀed that the counĀtryās exĀistĀing self-deĀfence laws were inĀadĀeĀquate and it would adĀdress them to give citĀiĀzens more proĀtecĀtion against the crimĀiĀnal elĀeĀment.
At ThursĀdayās post-CabĀiĀnet news conĀferĀence, the Prime MinĀisĀter said the laws govĀernĀing FULs were beĀing asĀsessed and enĀcourĀaged citĀiĀzens to apĀply to have and own leĀgal firearms.
