FORMER president of Trinidad and Tobago Anthony Carmona fell victim to thieves over the long weekend, with approximately $180,000 worth of electrical cables stolen from his country home in Siparia.
Carmona, in an interview with the Express yesterday, said that he has been robbed several times on the property, which consists of several acres.
“I have been the subject of at least five break-ins on here, in the house and around the property,” he said. “They used a pig-foot, a hammer and a grinder—they came well organised and prepared.”
