KINGSTON, Jamaica — Two of last year’s top three finishers in the men’s 200m at the JAAA national championships made easy progress to the next round of this year’s event after first round heats on Saturday morning.
Christopher Taylor and Adrian Kerr, who were second and third respectively last year, booked their spots in the semi-finals set for later Saturday.
Taylor ran a season’s best 20.52 seconds (-0.1m/s) and Kerr was clocked in 20.85 seconds (0.1m/s).
